Most cookie policies are long because the site has a lot of cookies. This one is short because this site has almost none: there is no advertising network on it, no cross-site tracking, and no cookie set for analytics.
The complete list of everything this site stores in your browser is below. Nothing else is set by Ayonix.
| What | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| ayx-theme | Local storage, not a cookie | Remembers whether you chose light or dark. Never sent to any server — it is read by the page itself. | Until you clear your browser storage |
| Cloudflare Turnstile token | Short-lived token | Part of the bot-protection challenge on the enquiry and upload forms. Set only when you interact with a form. | Minutes; expires with the challenge |
| Cloudflare infrastructure | Cookie, where set | Cloudflare may set a cookie for security and bot management on the network that serves this site. It is not set by Ayonix and is not used for advertising. | Per Cloudflare’s own policy |
There is no advertising cookie, no cross-site identifier, no remarketing pixel and no social embed on this site.
Analytics without cookies
Where analytics is enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page views and performance without setting a cookie and without a cross-site identifier. It cannot follow you to another site, because it has nothing to follow you with.
What it receives is limited further by this site’s own code: page views, performance timings
and author-written event labels such as hero_cta or guide_download. It never receives a form field value, an email address, a
message body, a filename or an upload reference. That restriction is implemented in the
reporting code rather than promised here.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there is nothing to consent to. A banner asking permission to set cookies this site does not set would be theatre, and it would make the site worse for every visitor in order to look compliant.
If you block browser storage entirely, everything on this site still works. The theme falls back to your system preference for each page view rather than persisting, which is the only difference you would notice.
Managing what is stored
Every browser allows you to clear site storage and block cookies, usually under privacy or site settings. Doing so for this site has no consequence beyond the theme preference described above.
